Ayesha Kamal

Ayesha Kamal has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ayesha started their career at Smart Solutions Human Resources Management Consultancy in 2002, where they served as a Senior Project Manager for almost a decade. Ayesha then worked at various universities as an adjunct professor and professor, including Ottawa University, DeVry University, Indiana Tech, and McKendree University. During their time at DeVry University, they held the role of Visiting Professor for six years. Ayesha also had experience in the healthcare sector, working as a Manager of Organizational Development at KentuckyOne Health and as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist at LG&E & KU. Ayesha later became an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare. Ayesha's most recent position was as a Senior Project Manager at HCTec Partners, where they currently serve in a leadership role.

Ayesha Kamal's education history begins in 1994 when they obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Louisville. Ayesha then pursued further education and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University between 1999 and 2001. Ayesha continued their academic journey by enrolling at Spalding University from 2003 to 2007, where they achieved a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership.
