James Wanzel Pace-Walker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James Wanzel started their career in 2003 at Norfolk Southern Corporation, where they provided help desk support and managed train communications. In 2006, they worked as a Commercial Electrician and Warehouse Supervisor at Costello Electric Company. From 2007 to 2018, Walker served as the Lead Musician at New Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, playing the keyboard, piano, and organ, and creating an atmosphere for worship. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Technician and Private Piano/Organ Teacher, providing technical support and teaching music to students of various ages and skill levels from 1987 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Walker transitioned to the healthcare industry, taking on roles as an Epic and Cerner Consultant at various organizations, including LCMC Health, Mount Sinai St. Luke's, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and The HCI Group. James Wanzel Pace-Walker has a diverse education history. James Wanzel began their education at Georgia State University in 1980, where they studied Aviation Management and Administration. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Tuskegee University and focused on Electrical and Aeronautical Engineering. Throughout their educational journey, James also acquired several certifications. In 2013, they obtained a Health Information Technology Certification from Atlanta Technical College. Additionally, while studying at Chattahoochee Technical College, they achieved certifications as a C# Programmer (in 2016), a Java Programmer (in 2015), and a Technical Specialist (in 2015).
