Luke Phan serves as the Deputy Head of Value Proposition & Innovation at HDBank since October 2022, focusing on digital transformation to enhance onboarding and servicing for retail and business customers. Previous roles include Head of Product at Bluestone Home Loans, where strategic growth targets for the AU & NZ product roadmap were established, and Head of Lending Tribe at Techcombank, overseeing the development of digital lending systems. With experience as Head of Home Loans at UBank and Senior Product Manager roles at Westpac, Luke Phan has a strong background in product management and customer experience enhancement across various financial institutions. Academically, Luke holds multiple degrees from the University of Sydney, including a Global Executive MBA, along with qualifications in corporate governance and legal practice.
