Phuong Dang Thi Ngoc

Phuong Dang Thi Ngoc is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Deputy Head of Financial Institutions at HDBank since March 2016. Prior to this role, Phuong worked at Asia Commercial Bank from October 2007, initially as a Trade Services Officer and subsequently as a Financial Institution Relationship Manager, managing relationships with local banks and those in the United States and Canada. Phuong earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City from 2002 to 2007.
