Kangana Sinha

Kangana Sinha is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition at HDFC Bank since July 2020, Kangana has previously held senior managerial positions at Tata AIG General Insurance and Reliance Capital, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition nationwide. Other roles include Human Resources Manager at YES BANK and L&T Finance Ltd, along with an internship at Deloitte. Kangana holds a PGDM/MBA in PM & HRD from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a BBM in International Business from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce.
