Ankit Singhal

Ankit Singhal has an extensive work experience in various roles related to legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial responsibilities. Ankit began their career as a Management Trainee at Coca-Cola India, where they assisted in corporate secretarial functions and legal audits. Ankit then joined India Today as a Company Secretary before moving on to Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd as an Assistant Company Secretary, where they ensured statutory compliance and advised on FEMA/RBI compliance for foreign subsidiaries. Following that, Ankit worked at a group company of Mitsui & Co. as AGM-Company Secretary & Head-Legal, Compliance Officer, and Chief Insurance Executive, handling compliance matters and overseeing the compliance function. Ankit then joined IBM as the Asia Pacific Compliance Focal and later as a Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, managing compliance tasks and corporate secretarial responsibilities. Ankit's experience also includes working at HDFC Life as Vice President - Compliance and Corporate Secretarial, and currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Legal and Company Secretary at HDFC International Life and Re.

Ankit Singhal has a diverse educational background in Commerce, Law, Compliance, and Company Secretary. Ankit attended Delhi University, where they obtained a B.Com (Hons.) degree and pursued further studies in CA (Inter), F.C.S., and LL.B. (Campus Law Centre, Delhi University). Additionally, Ankit has obtained several certifications from IBM, including Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator, Interskill - Blockchain Foundations, Cognitive Practitioner, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
