Paramita Bhowmik

Paramita Bhowmik is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Area Head at HDFC Life since November 2023 and as Senior Branch Manager at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd since July 2021. With a career that began in March 2008 at HDFC Life, where roles included Sales, Business Development Manager, and Assistant Sales Manager, Paramita has developed strong team leadership skills. Additional experiences include working as Branch Head at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance since February 2018, and previously holding positions such as Sr. APM at Max Life Insurance Company Limited and BA Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance. Paramita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, completed between 2011 and 2012, and received early education at Govt Girls School Jalpaiguri from 1981 to 1993.
