Siddesh Borkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital servicing, program management, project management, and technology transformation. Currently serving as Head of Digital Servicing at HDFC Life since February 2022, Siddesh previously held various roles at Deloitte from April 2015 to January 2022, including Associate Director and Manager, focusing on IT-led business transformation initiatives within the BFSI domain. Prior to that, Siddesh led business process re-engineering at IndiaIdeas.com Limited and established a PMO at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, where Siddesh contributed to strategic projects and quality assurance practices. Siddesh holds a PGDBM in Operations from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management and a B.E. in Electronics from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
