Vishal Subharwal

Vishal Subharwal is a seasoned marketing and strategy professional with over 23 years of experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer & Group Head of Strategy and E-commerce at HDFC Life since September 2010, Vishal has held multiple roles including Executive Vice President of E-commerce & Digital Marketing and Senior Vice President in various strategic capacities. Prior to HDFC Life, Vishal worked at PwC Consulting as a Principal Consultant and served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GENPACT. Earlier experience includes roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Sales Manager for Personal Loans and as ASM for Paints at ICI India Ltd. Vishal holds a Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has educational credentials from the University of Mumbai and St. Blaise.
