Gaurav Ghanekar

Gaurav Ghanekar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner for HDFC Sales Private Limited since September 2014. Handling multiple regions including Gujarat, Maharashtra, and others, Gaurav oversees a team of nine and manages HR functions for a workforce of 4,000 employees, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, training, and strategic business support. Prior to this, Gaurav worked as a Human Resources Executive where responsibilities included managing appointment letters and provident fund activities for a pan-India employee base. Gaurav holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology, and has earned a diploma in Training & Development, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
