Sebastian Bartels is a professional with extensive experience in project management, marketing, and user adoption. Currently serving as a User Adoption Manager at HDI Group since January 2023, Bartels previously held several roles at Dirk Rossmann GmbH from October 2003 to December 2022, including Prozessmanager, Projektmanager für Branding & Design, and Marketing Projektmanager. Notable responsibilities included the implementation of Media Asset Management systems, project coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Earlier career highlights encompass positions in market research and as a profimusiker with the band The Jinxs, which included a contract with Sony Music and performances before large audiences. Bartels holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann degree from FH-Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen, with a focus on marketing, management, and consulting.
