Doug Tedder

Doug Tedder is the Principal at Tedder Consulting LLC since July 2013, focusing on enhancing businesses' IT organizations. As a Contributing Author for ITSM.tools and HDI, and a Faculty Member at HDI, Doug is certified to teach various support center courses. Previously, Doug served as a contributing author for TechBeacon.com and TechTarget, and was an Institute Fellow for the Institute for Digital Transformation. Doug held the role of Director of Strategic Development at itSMF USA, and led the Management Systems at The priSM Institute. With a background as a Business Process Consultant at Linium and former President of itSMF USA, Doug has significantly contributed to the IT Service Management field. Doug holds an AAS in Data Processing from Lexington Technical Institute at the University of Kentucky.
