Emily Doherty (Webb)

Emily (Webb) Doherty has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Caddie at Flossmoor Country Club. From 2012 to 2014, they held various roles such as a Marketing Intern at Lakeview Solutions Inc and an Account Manager at Lakeview Solutions. Emily also served as a Creative Team Member at the National Student Advertising Competition. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Woolard Marketing Consultants, Inc. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, they worked for the University of Illinois Foundation in positions such as Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Supervisor, Training Specialist, and Student Development Representative. Since 2014, Emily has been working at HDMZ, where they have progressed from a Project Coordinator to a Director of Talent Management, with prior roles as a Project Manager and Senior Project & Talent Manager.

Emily (Webb) Doherty completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2014. Emily then pursued further education by undertaking a Post-Baccalaureate program in Human Resources Management and Services at Northwestern University from 2020 to 2021. In their earlier years, Emily attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained a certification in Employment Law For HR from CareerLearning.
