Chloe Grabowski, PE, is an Assistant Project Manager at HDR since March 2014, specializing in managing and executing water mass balance and wastewater treatment projects, performing technology assessments, and conducting technical report writing. Previous experience includes internships at Consumers Energy, where involvement in a major Air Quality Control Technology project was demonstrated, and the Lansing Board of Water & Light, focusing on cost-saving initiatives in water treatment. Chloe has also tutored university students in mathematics and chemistry and conducted environmental research projects, including work on permeable pavements and water resource optimization. Chloe holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University.
