Colin Blankenship

Colin Blankenship, PE, RAS, currently serves as a Senior Highway Project Manager at HDR since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineering Manager at Parsons Corporation from December 2021 to December 2022, and Branch Manager at GEI Consultants, Inc. from September 2018 to November 2021. Earlier in the career, Colin worked as Operations Manager at Hayden Consultants, Inc., a GEI Company, from July 2003 to September 2018, where responsibilities included the design and preparation of construction plans for roadway, drainage, and transit projects while coordinating with various stakeholders. An early position as an Engineering Intern at the Texas Department of Transportation involved inspecting roadway construction projects and drafting plans. Colin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in 2003.
