Cynthia Ades is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Construction Talent Lead at HDR since August 2021, Cynthia has previously held significant roles at AECOM, Skanska, Lendlease, and Ritmo Latino Wireless LLC, among others. In these positions, Cynthia has managed strategic recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for various prestigious construction and development companies, contributing to their operational success. Cynthia's early career included overseeing purchasing functions for a Latin music store chain. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree from Brookdale Community College and additional studies at Rutgers University.
