David Tomlinson

David Tomlinson is currently serving as the Chief Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer at HDR since 2017. Prior to that, David worked as the Global Privacy Counsel at First Data Corporation for a decade. Before transitioning into privacy roles, David was an Attorney at Baird Holm LLP, where David represented hospital and health system clients on HIPAA and related regulatory issues. David also worked as an Attorney at Watkinson Laird Rubenstein Baldwin & Burgess, PC, where David assisted health care and other business clients with compliance concerns involving various regulations. David holds a J.D. with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Kansas State University.
