Frank Knowlton

Frank "Chip" Knowlton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in asset management and infrastructure advisory services. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Asset Management and Performance at HDR, Knowlton leads initiatives that enhance operational efficiency for public and private clients. In addition to this role, Knowlton is the President of Knowlton Management Consultants, LLC, a Woman Owned Small Business focused on optimizing asset value. Previous positions include Partner at DXC Technology, Business Advisory Principal at Arcadis, and Exec Program Manager at MTA New York City Transit, where a significant Enterprise Asset Management initiative was led. Knowlton also has a strong background in consultative roles with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and technical experience from the Naval Sea Systems Command. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and participation in an MBA program at The Citadel Evening College.
