Huijing Qiang

Huijing Qiang, PE, PMP, serves as the FL-AL-MS Area Mobility and Operational Technology Services Leader at HDR since September 2019, overseeing the MOTS program across multiple practice groups including ITS and Smart Mobility. Previously, Qiang worked as a Project Manager at HNTB, leading various ITS design projects and technical consultant projects for Florida Department of Transportation. Prior roles include Transportation Planner at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, ITS Engineer at Weris, Inc., and Research Associate at Florida International University, where Qiang focused on traffic management and engineering research. Qiang holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Soochow University in China.
