Jerome Brown

Jerome Brown is a Senior Vice President and Director of Quality at HDR, with a career spanning over two decades at the company since January 2002. Their responsibilities include the development and management of Quality Management Systems across HDR's various sectors. Jerome has also served on the HDR Foundation Board of Directors, promoting grants in education, healthy communities, and environmental stewardship. Prior to their current role, Jerome held various positions, including Vice President of Quality and Engineering Quality Director, where Jerome managed QA/QC programs and risk management strategies. Additionally, Jerome contributes to the Schaefer School of Engineering and Science at Stevens Institute of Technology as an Advisory Board Member, supporting engineering education and industry connections. Jerome’s earlier experience includes roles as an independent consultant and design engineer, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
