Kara D'Ercole

Kara D'Ercole is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources information systems (HRIS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. Currently serving as the Director of HR ERP Applications at HDR since June 2015, Kara previously held positions including Business Application Manager and Manager of HRIS at HDR, Project Manager for PeopleSoft HCM at TD Ameritrade, and Manager of Benefits at ConAgra Foods. Kara holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Management and Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended Augustana University (SD) from 1993 to 1995.
