Keegan Yager

Keegan Yager serves as the Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead for HDR's Water Business Group, providing expert recruiting support to HDR's global Water leadership team and focusing on key leadership and strategic positions. With a career at HDR starting in August 2006, Keegan has held roles including Area Recruiter and Regional Recruiter, where responsibilities included developing recruitment plans and collaborating with various leadership levels to fulfill hiring needs. Prior experience includes an Account Manager position at Aerotek Scientific and roles as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek Engineering & Environmental, where management of high-volume recruitment and client relations was key. Earlier career experience as Operations Manager at Bally Total Fitness involved overseeing daily operations and achieving sales goals. Keegan graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech in 1999.
