Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an experienced Construction Manager currently employed at HDR. Mark's career includes significant positions at both Jacobs, where Mark held the role of Construction Manager from September 1996 to August 2006, and Sverdrup Civil / Jacobs Engineering, also in the Construction Manager capacity from 1996 to 2006. Prior to these roles, Mark served as a Lieutenant (LT) on the USS Haddock from 1987 to 1989. Mark holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of La Verne, earned between 1990 and 1992, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
