Melanie Weikart

Melanie Weikart serves as the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, the UK, and the Middle East at HDR, an employee-owned architectural, engineering, and consulting firm, since 2022. Melanie also engages in unpaid care work as a shared parent, while previously holding leadership roles in talent acquisition and employer branding at Helu.io, Sweco Architects, and interactive tools GmbH. Early career experience includes positions in human resources and integrated marketing at eBay Inc. Melanie holds a Diploma in Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
