Nick Konen

Nick Konen is an experienced leader in civic architecture, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Director of Civic Architecture at HDR since November 2004. In this role, Nick collaborates with offices across North America on strategic planning, community engagement, and business development for diverse projects encompassing corporate, retail, sports, arts, and public buildings. Previously, Nick held positions as Strategy and Business Manager for Community Architecture and Marketing Manager in HDR's Central Region. Nick is also a founding partner of KP3 Investors LLC, a private investment company, and has prior experience in marketing and internships with Landscapes Unlimited, LLC, and the Governor's Office under Mike Johanns. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
