Travis Kruger

Travis Kruger, PE, serves as the Highways and Roads Market Sector Leader and Sr. Project Manager at HDR since August 2019, focusing on local agency and municipal projects in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to this, Travis held the position of Engineering Manager for Stormwater West at Contech Engineered Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a team of 29 stormwater engineering professionals and strategic coordination with cross-functional teams. From January 2000 to September 2013, Travis worked as a Project Manager and Associate at Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc., managing a diverse range of engineering projects and gaining extensive experience as Engineer of Record on large institutional sites. Travis began the career as an Engineering Specialist and Assistant Bridge Inspector at the Oregon Department of Transportation shortly after earning a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Portland State University.
