Alanna Dingler is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee development with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs at HD Supply since May 2013, Alanna oversees enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance the employee development cycle. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Performance Plus Training, Consulting and Coaching, where responsibilities encompassed needs assessments and the facilitation of supervisory training programs across various industries. Alanna’s earlier positions at HD Supply and Consolidated Container Company focused on recruitment and onboarding processes. Alanna holds a Master of Education in Training & Development and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University.
