John Kluzek

John Kluzek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and property improvement sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Hospitality Property Improvement at HD Supply since March 2015, John is responsible for the sales and profitability of new builds and renovations across U.S. hospitality properties. Prior to this role, John worked as a National Accounts Manager for Renovations at HD Supply - Facilities Maintenance. John also held the position of CEO and Partner at Tampa Area Properties, LLC, overseeing investments and refurbishments in residential and commercial properties from 2003 to 2013. Between 2000 and 2003, John was the Owner of Renaissance Properties, achieving significant sales growth in custom home building. Earlier in John's career, from 1993 to 2001, the role of Group VP of Strategic Alliances at Kimberly-Clark/Safeskin involved the development and management of strategic business plans and negotiation of substantial contracts. John holds a BS in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 1979.
