Scott Sill

Scott Sill serves as the Head of Real Estate and Facilities at HD Supply since October 2022. Prior to this role, Scott was the Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Forward Air Corporation from June 2019 to October 2022, where all real estate functions were managed, including site selection and lease administration. Scott’s extensive career at Walmart from February 2001 to May 2019 encompassed various roles, including Director of Leasing, where oversight of leasing and lease administration for over 13,000 spaces was provided, and Sr. Manager of Business Development, contributing to the development of new in-store service offerings. Scott also successfully led initiatives for property disposition, marketing, land development, asset management, and performance security negotiations across Walmart’s real estate division. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
