Devi Meenakshi

Devi Meenakshi has extensive experience in various leadership roles in human resources and organizational development. Devi is currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development and Volunteering at the Head Held High Foundation, where they are responsible for building organizational capability and enhancing corporate volunteering. Prior to this, they worked as a Volunteer Management Consultant at the same organization. From 2019 to 2021, Devi worked as the Head of Human Resources at ALTEN India, overseeing all HR responsibilities. Devi also has a background as a strategic consultant in HR and staffing, working with social enterprises and technology companies. Earlier in their career, Devi held senior HR positions at companies such as AT&T, Cable and Wireless, Network Appliance, and Thakral One, where they played key roles in HR leadership and strategic projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement, performance management, and employer branding.

Devi Meenakshi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kerala University from 1993 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's in Personnel Management (MPM) specializing in Human Resources from Services Jobs and Management from 1996 to 1998.
