Shikha Tailor

Shikha Tailor is an experienced professional with a background in program development, fundraising, and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving in the CEO’s Office at Head Held High Foundation, Shikha Tailor collaborates on cross-functional special projects and works on livelihood pathways for youth in Karnataka. Previous consulting roles include supporting Gramshree Women Empowerment and the Environmental Sanitation Institute, and facilitating a social business model for young migrants at Fundació Mercè Fontanilles. Shikha Tailor also launched a product for GBfoods in the Italian market and designed an engaging curriculum for children at U&I Trust, significantly improving attendance and learning outcomes. Academic qualifications include an MSc in International Management from Esade and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
