Stephanie Silva has had extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Stephanie started their career in 2003 as an Instructor's Assistant at Hofstra University. After that, they worked at the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee, where they served as a Caseworker, Clinical Supervisor of the Child & Family Counseling Program, and Domestic Violence Project Manager. In 2006, Stephanie worked as a Research Associate in the Jury Research & Analytical Graphics Division at DOAR Litigation Consulting. Since 2007, Stephanie has been associated with the Head Injury Association, where they have held multiple positions, including Director of Community Based Services, Community Integration Counselor for Survivors of Brain Injury, Director of New Business, and Support Group Facilitator for TBI Survivors and Their Families. Their responsibilities in these roles varied from providing therapeutic support to survivors of Traumatic Brain Injury to managing new business opportunities and clientele. Stephanie's experience also includes training, case supervision, and staff supervision in the field of Traumatic Brain Injury.
Stephanie Silva completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Hofstra University from 1999 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College (CUNY) from 2003 to 2005.
