Yvonne Watt, CHRL, has a diverse background in human resources and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Head Injury Rehabilitation Ontario since January 2024, Yvonne previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Pollard Windows Inc. from June 2015 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as Health & Wellness Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and People Resources Generalist at Chelsea Hotel in Toronto from September 2012 to May 2015, as well as an HR Intern at Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel in 2012. Yvonne began a career in customer service and aquatic management at Delta Hotels, where roles included Head Lifeguard, Private Swim Instructor, and Member Service Representative from May 2006 to June 2012. Yvonne holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English from the University of Toronto and a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Certificate from Humber College.
