Helga Fazekas

Helga Fazekas has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resource Management at XAL since January 2017. Prior to this role, Helga worked with the European Commission as a Peer Reviewer for the Human Resource Strategy for Researchers from 2013 to 2016. Helga also held significant positions at the Medical University of Graz between 2007 and 2016, including Head of Human Resource Development and Occupational Health Management, as well as Head of Human Resource Development. Earlier in Helga’s career, from 2002 to 2007, Helga was a Personalentwicklerin at KNAPP and took on roles in human resources and project management at FCC from 1999 to 2001.
