Phil Moody-Sarquis is an experienced hospitality management professional with a robust background in operational leadership and purchasing. Currently serving as General Manager at Head of the Bay Club Inc since August 2017, Phil has previously held various roles at Plandome Country Club, including Assistant Manager and Purchasing Agent, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, vendor relations, and staff scheduling. Phil began the career journey in hospitality as a Waiter and Hospitality Management Intern, and developed management skills as a Night Manager at Forte Posthouse.
