Charlie Pepperrell

Charlie Pepperrell has worked in the technology sales industry for the past five years. In 2020, they began working as the Head of Supply Sales, Category Sales Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager at HeadBox. Prior to this, they worked at EngageTech Ltd from 2015-2020 in three different roles. Charlie began as Sales Manager, responsible for selling EngageTech's portfolio of services to new logo Technology companies across EMEA. Charlie then moved on to Business Development Manager, co-managing a Delivery team of 30+ people to monthly and quarterly targets. Charlie's final role at EngageTech was Business Development Consultant, where they helped technology companies develop opportunities for future growth and build their sales pipeline.

Charlie Pepperrell attended Graveney School. Charlie also obtained a certification in Appraisal Training and Performance Management from Impact Factory in November 2017.
