Praveen Mukim's work experience includes founding and managing the recruitment services company Symphoni HR since 2003. Praveen has built a team of 250+ members and provided sourcing, research, and advisory capabilities to clients in India and select global markets.

Additionally, Praveen has served as the Managing Director of Headhunters HR since 2003, overseeing the company's operations.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager (West) at Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited from 1991 to 2004.

Praveen Mukim attended RSGK HIGH SCHOOL TUMSAR from 1978 to 1987, where they completed their HSC degree in the field of science. Following this, from 1987 to 1991, they pursued their BE degree in Industrial Production at Manipal Institute of Technology.
