Julie DeLillo has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Julie began their career as a Benefits Manager at Filene's in 1999 and later moved on to become a Benefits Manager at Bright Horizons in 2005. In 2006, they became the Director of Human Resources at Vinfen Corporation, where they provided leadership during a period of growth and implemented retention strategies. Julie then joined the Perkins School for the Blind in 2011 as the Director of Human Resources, where they provided guidance and support to senior leadership and led HR transformation efforts. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Swampscott, where they created and led a professional HR team and implemented HR best practices across different organizations. In 2021, they joined Making Opportunity Count as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they developed and executed HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Heading Home, where they utilize their expertise in HR to drive organizational success.

Julie DeLillo holds a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Suffolk University Law School. Julie also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fitchburg State University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fitchburg State University.
