Mrs Penny Gardner

Mrs Gardner has a background in strategic level finance roles across the private, not-for-profit and charity sectors. Her role before retirement was Director of Finance and Information for Response Organisation – the largest mental health charity in Oxfordshire. Mrs Gardner has a strong interest in education and has always endorsed Headington’s approach which enabled her daughter (leaver 2003) to achieve not only high academic success but also to excel in music and sport, including as a key member of HSOBC.

Penny became a School Governor in January 2023. Penny sits on the Finance and General Purposes Committee.
