Jason Crump

Jason Crump is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the flooring and surfaces industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Headlam Group plc since November 2021, Jason has previously held key positions including General Manager and Product Brands Director. Prior to this, Jason was General Manager & Head of EMEA & India at Aristech Surfaces LLC from July 2017 to November 2021. Earlier career highlights include a decade at Tarkett, where Jason served as Managing Director and Sales Director for Housing, with a focus on local P&L management, strategy development, and health and safety oversight.
