Andy Payne

Andy is an experienced board level advisor on sustainability, purpose and corporate reputation. As Head of Corporate Affairs and Responsible Business, Andy led development of The Crown Estate’s purpose-led, strategic response to social and environmental challenges, including development of its 2030 net zero target and roadmap. Andy has a track record of shaping strategy, enabling change, building stakeholder trust and informing policy in challenging political and regulatory contexts. He began his career working in an MP’s office and subsequently in government relations for a global IT infrastructure business.
