As a specialist leadership communications coach, I support CEOs and senior leaders to prepare for and effectively manage their most high-stakes communications moments – from select committee appearances and challenging media interviews to market announcements and keynote speeches. Over the last eight years, I’ve provided stakeholder engagement training, in-depth media counsel, presentation rehearsal and personal leadership narrative development to senior executives of global organisations including Coca-Cola, Facebook, McDonald’s, Google and Shell. I often focus on periods of leadership transition, developing bespoke coaching programmes to help new CEOs navigate the intense scrutiny of the first few months in the top job. I’m a former BBC news journalist and spent a decade as a reporter and producer for national and international news programmes.
