I specialise in consumer-facing companies, and have provided strategic counsel on a wide range of issues spanning multiple stakeholders, including high profile M&A, IPOs, debt restructurings and crisis situations. I joined Headland from Tulchan, where I spent 10 years advising a range of businesses from FTSE 100 retailers and banking groups through to private energy companies and high-growth tech start-ups.
