Colleen Benedict

Colleen Benedict is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Headlight since October 2021, Colleen previously held the position of Vice President / Principal at Sterling Partners, LLC from February 2018 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a role at The Blackstone Group from 2012 to 2018, where Colleen supported the Hedge Fund Solutions division in human resources and recruiting, partnering closely with Managing Directors. Colleen began their career as an Administrative Assistant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and also completed a summer internship as a Research Associate at Gilbert Tweed International. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
