Viraaj Arora

Viraaj Arora has extensive experience in various operational and talent management roles at Headout since June 2015, where Viraaj holds multiple titles including Head of Culture and Talent, as well as positions in the Founders' office and operations management. Viraaj also contributes as a member of The Shape of Work and The Talent Deck since 2023. Prior to Headout, Viraaj worked as a Sales Manager at Zomato for a brief period and served as an Associate Recruiter at Amazon.com. Viraaj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore, completed in 2014, and attended Vidya Niketan School from 2000 to 2011.
