Nikita Spiridonov

Nikita Spiridonov is a seasoned business analyst with a strong background in both development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Heads and Hands since August 2022, Nikita has established analytics processes for multiple app projects, including a mobile app for "Rusklimat," Europe's largest importer of climate technology. Previously, Nikita held roles at Yandex as a Business Analyst and Lead Assessor of Development, where contributions included pioneering business analysis and organizing workflows within a business unit. Other experiences include a brief tenure as a Trainee React Developer at Sixhands, focused on web development, and a QA Assessor at Yandex, enhancing product quality through performance analysis and bug reporting.
