Matt Schwartz

Matt Schwartz is currently a partner at H.I. Executive Consulting. Matt has over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Prior to their current position, Matt was the President of MJS Executive Search from January 2003 to October 2020. MJS Executive Search was a leader in recruiting and placing senior level executives in Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, User Experience, Segment Marketing and Acquisition, Digital Innovation, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, Media Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales.

Before MJS Executive Search, Matt worked at Heidrick & Struggles as a Principal in the Global Consumer Practice from September 1999 to December 2002. In this role, they provided executive search and leadership consulting services to clients including succession planning, executive assessment and development, talent retention management, transition consulting for newly appointed executives, and M&A human capital integration consulting.

Matt began their career as a Senior Consultant at Gundersen Partners from April 1994 to September 1999.

Matt Schwartz received their BS in Business/Marketing from Ithaca College and their certification from AIRS in Certified Diversity Recruiter. Matt also attended Joel Barlow High School.
