Sachin Saurabh Saxena has over a decade of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and digital transformation industry. Their most recent position was as the Chief Technology Officer (Vice President Engineering) at Heads Up For Tails, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MPS Limited as the Senior Vice President - Engineering (Products & Digital Platform Solutions), where they were responsible for building the MPS Digital Transformation Business across Portfolios and managing key accounts. Sachin Saurabh also served as the Global Head of Engineering (Director of Software Development) at Concentrix from September 2020 to February 2022.

Sachin has a history of successfully building long-standing relationships and leading digital transformation engagements globally. Sachin Saurabh worked as a Global Program Director (Global Delivery Lead) for Publicis Sapient, leading digital transformation programs for clients such as Pandora, Carrefour, Lloyds Banking Group, Rail Delivery Group, and European Tour. Sachin Saurabh also held the role of Program Director (Global Delivery Lead) for SapientRazorfish at Informa.

Throughout their career, Sachin has demonstrated expertise in areas such as program management, agile development, DevOps, and solution design using best practice methodologies and tools. Sachin Saurabh has a strong track record of driving successful digital business transformations and delivering innovative solutions.

Sachin Saurabh Saxena's education history begins with their time at Punjab Engineering College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from 1996 onwards. Sachin then enrolled at Stanford University, where they are currently studying Machine Learning with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. In addition to their formal education, Sachin has also completed several certifications. These include "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in September 2020, and "Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in August 2018. Sachin Saurabh has also completed numerous courses and certifications related to leadership, project management, and cloud computing through platforms such as Lynda.com and LinkedIn. Moreover, Sachin is currently pursuing an Artificial Intelligence NanoDegree from Udacity, which is expected to be completed by 2022.
