Désirée Pascual

Désirée Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and workplace strategy. As Co-Founder and Chief Visionary at Simply Human since September 2023, Pascual leads business strategy and consults with organizational leaders to enhance workplace potential. In addition, Pascual is a member of Harvard University's Global Flourishing at Work Network and serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Headspace and Ginger, Head of People at Carrot Inc., and Physician Human Resources Leader at Kaiser Permanente. With a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a bachelor's in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Pascual has also worked as a consultant and trainer in the prison system and provided psychotherapy services.
