Kali Fields Williams

Kali Fields Williams, NBC-HWC, BCC, currently serves as Senior Manager of Coaching Services at Headspace since January 2019, where responsibilities include supervising a coach management team and developing policies for coach working groups. With a rich background in mental health and coaching, Kali founded and led Earthy Executive Life Coaching from November 2009 to March 2022, and previously held roles as a therapist at Daytop Village Inc. and an IIC Psychotherapist at MOVING ON LIFE CENTER, INC. Additionally, Kali has experience as a Business Career Counselor at UC Berkeley/Haas School of Business and as a Project Manager/Recruiter at ZweigWhite. Educational qualifications include an Ed.M and M.A. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in English/Spanish from Indiana University Indianapolis.
